Mixed circus is an entry level class for young adults. Students can push themselves to new limits by being able to mix it up and learn a wide variety of circus skills – both on the floor and in the air!
Classes include stretching and strength work to help you reach your full circus potential no matter what your experience or fitness level. Plus, you’ll learn how to tumble, combine tricks and skills into new sequences and routines and create both solo and group acts. Our trainers are on hand to help teach skills on how to present tricks and moves in new, interesting ways.
Skills taught include trapeze, lyra, handstands, tumbling, trampoline, juggling, clowning, hula hoop, diablo, unicycle, and more.
You are welcome to join the class any time, you will be charged only for the remaining classes in the term plus a $10 administration fee.
