Make working out fun! An adult class for those new to circus or wanting to achieve fitness and circus goals in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Under the guidance of professional circus trainers, the class starts with warm-ups, stretches and group activities, moving on to strength and conditioning work with circus apparatus that will get your heart pumping. All while working on a variety of circus skills including tumbling, trapeze, tissu, tightwire, acrobalance and more!
All circus activities are scalable to suit individual fitness levels and goals.
Welcome to join the class anytime, you will be charged only for the remaining classes in the term plus a $10 administration fee.
