Work out the fun way!
Hoot Camp is an adult class for those new to circus or wanting to achieve fitness goals in a fun and supportive environment.
Under the guidance of professional circus trainers, the class starts with warm-ups, stretches and group activities, moving on to strength and conditioning work with circus apparatus that will get your heart pumping. All while working on a variety of circus skills including juggling, tumbling and more!
All circus activities are scalable to suit individual fitness levels and goals.
Each participant will receive a manipulation pack at an additional cost. Due to COVID-19 restrictions we can’t provide some shared equipment, and this equipment will be yours to bring each class and practice with at home.
You are welcome to join the class any time, you will be charged only for the remaining classes in the term plus a $10 administration fee.
