Kick off you week with a 4 week mixed aerial course! Have fun in the air while progressing towards aerial skills and sequences – you won’t believe how much you’ll learn!
In these classes you will learn to spin, climb and flip in the air on silks, static trapeze and lyra (aerial hoop). You will rapidly build core and upper body strength and have fun while doing it! Each class involves an appropriate warm-up, conditioning, a focus on one or two different aerial apparatus per session, and a cool-down.
Suitable for all skill levels.
Our aerial points are currently outdoors, and safety is our number one priority. This is an outdoor activity and classes may be cancelled in the event of inclement weather (high winds, rain, lightning, extreme heat etc).
In the event a class is cancelled we will text you (using the mobile number you provide on your enrolment) to advise of the cancellation and with the details of a make up.
