Leave your dramas, inhibitions and spandex* at the door… it’s time for HOOT CAMP!! An adults class for those wanting to achieve fitness and circus goals in a supportive and encouraging environment. For those who are new to circus, and for those wanting to level up their skills. Avoid crowded gym rooms and repetitive workouts.
Under the guidance of professional circus trainers with health and fitness qualifications, the class starts with warm-ups, stretches and group activities, moving on to strength and conditioning work that will get your heart pumping. All while working on a variety of circus skills including tumbling, trapeze, tissu, tightwire, acrobalance and more!
All circus activities are scalable to suit individual fitness levels and goals. (*Spandex is optional)
