Flipside offers an adult class for those wanting to achieve fitness and circus goals in a supportive and encouraging environment.
This class is designed to beginners, intermediate and advanced students. Trainers cater to all levels. For fun, for fitness and for upskilling and pushing your limits. The class covers a range of disciplines from the floor to the air and everything in between.
You will learn a variety of circus skills including tumbling, trapeze, tissu, tightwire, acrobalance and more! There will be opportunities throughout the year to perform for family and friends.
All circus activities are scalable to suit individual fitness levels and goals.
