If your child has previously enrolled in one of our circus classes, you need to complete the form below. If you are enrolling your child into their first Flipside Circus class, you will need to complete the First Time Enrolment form instead.

After listening to parent feedback, the only mandatory fields in this form are the student’s name, date of birth, your email address, emergency contact number and the class they would like to enrol in. If your medical information or any other information has changed from the previous term please fill out the form accordingly or call us on 07 3352 7233.

Please note it is your responsibility to inform Flipside Circus if your information has changed.
