David Carberry

David joined the Flying Fruit Fly Circus at age 11 and graduated in 200. In 2005, David joined Brisbane contemporary circus Circa, working as both a physical performer and musical director. The company has performed in major venues and at festivals across Europe, Asia, North and South America as well as touring nationally. David is a member of the Tom Tom Crew, performing at Sydney Opera House and venues throughout France, Germany and the Netherlands. He is also a star performer in Lady Torpedo and The Big Swing Brothers with Miguel, which has performed at Woodford Folk Festival and The Gold Coast Arts Centre. He is currently touring with Tom Tom Crew and Cantina. He also has a passion for teaching and shares his skills with Flipside whenever he is back in town.
   

Daniel Catlow

Daniel is a graduate of the Flying Fruit Fly Circus. Daniel is an original member of the Tom Tom Crew having performed with them for 4 years touring throughout Australia, Europe, the UK and to New York on Broadway. Most recently, he has been a star performer in Lady Torpedo and The Big Swing Brothers with Miguel performing at Woodford Folk Festival and the Gold Coast Arts Centre. Daniel's media credits include a FUJI Xerox commercial which aired in Japan and Honda advertising airing in Australia. Daniel is also currently touring with the Tom Tom Crew and Cantina but stops in at Flipside to share his Tumbling, Teeterboard and mini tramp skills when he can.
   

Mark Winmill

Mark started out in circus as a trainee flying trapeze performer/teacher in Byron Bay. Working and travelling through South East Asia with Club Med as part of a circus team he decided to jump ship and forge a solo circus career. Mark has been an aerial coach for Flipside for the past 8 years, and has been involved in many theatre productions. He has been spotted performing in nightclubs, big tops, cabaret festivals, Sydney Opera House, La Clique, Feasting on Flesh, Polyhood, Garnished, La Clique in London and most recently performed with his own successfull tour show ‘Briefs’.
   

Kristy Seymour

Kristy fell in love with physical theatre where she trained under Gavin Robins of Legs on the Wall. It was then after a few holiday classes with Rock ‘n’ Roll Circus that she decided circus was EXACTLY what she wanted to do with her life. Kristy then stumbled across Rodleigh Stevens, Master Aerial trainer and became one of his first students at Trix Circus on the Gold Coast in 2001. After training with Rodleigh in Static Trapeze, lyra and flying trapeze, Kristy then became a trainer with him at his school workshops and went on to start working for Flipside Circus as Head Trainer in 2005. Kristy has been a member of the ACAPTA committee as Youth Circus rep for the past 3 years.
